and promoting small business utilization: 34.5% of SGS
contract value is expended with small businesses.
SGS Contracts procurement covers everything from office
supplies to ordnance, computers to construction, and
a diverse range of infrastructure and service support
needs. We ensure compliance with all regulations, including
security restrictions and export controls.
We fill any requirement, rock to resurface the Shuttle
crawlerway or repairs to the Vehicle Assembly Building
(VAB). If the customer needs it, SGS Contracts,
Subcontracts & Purchasing personnel will locate
sources, solicit proposals, negotiate awards, and ensure
satisfactory completion.
